Meet Megan Geltman

With nearly 20 years of hands-on experience in healthcare compliance, Megan Geltman brings both expertise and empathy to the organizations she supports. She’s worked across government and commercial lines of business, specializing in delegation oversight, compliance monitoring, audit management, regulatory strategy, and building effective, scalable compliance programs that truly work in practice.

Megan started MLG Consulting with a simple goal: to help organizations feel confident in their compliance efforts. She believes compliance doesn’t have to be intimidating—it can be clear, structured, and even empowering when built the right way.

Over the course of her career, Megan has led or facilitated more than 1,000 audits—from external reviews to full-scale regulatory assessments—helping teams stay calm under pressure and achieve successful outcomes. Her practical approach is grounded in real-world experience, having worked on both the health plan and delegate sides of the industry.

As a Certified Healthcare Compliance (CHC) and Certified Healthcare Privacy Compliance (CHPC) professional, Megan stays current, reflecting her dedication to staying at the forefront of industry standards and best practices.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and optimistically encouraging her stubborn bulldog to go outside.
